3. The service

CyberTRIZ.AI provides AI-assisted regulatory, compliance, and TRIZ-methodology research tools. Results are informational and do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice. You remain responsible for verifying applicability to your own situation and for any compliance decisions made using the platform.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

All platform content, including the regulatory database, TRIZ catalogues, books, and generated materials, remains the property of PayServices BV/SRL or its licensors, except where explicitly licensed to you (e.g. purchased books, courses, or bundles).

6. Third-party data and AI processing

The platform uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic's Claude API) to process queries and generate responses. Query content may be transmitted to these providers as described in our Privacy & GDPR page.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayServices BV/SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated content for compliance decisions.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
