By creating an account or otherwise using CyberTRIZ.ai (the "Service"), operated by PayServices BV/SRL (trading as BigBigBrain, "we", "us"), registered in Beersel, Belgium, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The Service is offered across the following account tiers, each with its own feature limits (document upload quota, storage, team seats, API rate limits, and daily AI-token budget):
Current limits for each tier are published at [PRICING PAGE URL] and may be updated from time to time; changes will not retroactively reduce the limits you were promised for the remainder of a paid billing period.
A Team or Enterprise account may include multiple individual users under a single billing entity. The account owner is responsible for managing user roles (owner, admin, member) and access within their organization.

You retain ownership of any documents you upload to the Service. By uploading a document, you grant us a limited license to store, encrypt, process, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g. generating a gap analysis or audit-readiness report). We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models, and we do not share them with other customers.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any document you submit, including with respect to any third-party confidential information it may contain.
The TRIZ contradiction catalogues (including but not limited to CyberTRIZ, RegulatoryTRIZ, MilitaryTRIZ, SevesoTRIZ, PharmaTRIZ, AviationTRIZ, SupplyChainTRIZ, and ManufacturingTRIZ), the underlying methodology, and all associated original written works are the intellectual property of PayServices BV/SRL and its authors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content through the Service for your own internal business purposes. It does not grant you the right to republish, redistribute, or create derivative catalogues from this content.
Paid tiers (Personal, Team, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis via our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to your paid tier's features until then. We do not automatically prorate or refund partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

The Service, including any AI-generated analysis, gap assessments, or compliance recommendations, is provided for informational purposes to support — not replace — your own professional compliance, legal, and risk judgment. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional compliance advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for qualified professional counsel specific to your situation.
Downloadable control libraries, policy document templates, and any other compliance-content products offered through the Service are generated with the assistance of AI tools and reflect real regulatory source material, but have not been individually reviewed or certified by a qualified compliance professional prior to your purchase. They are intended as a starting point to accelerate your own team's compliance work, not as a complete, authoritative, or audit-ready compliance program. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and tailoring any such content before relying on it, including before use in any regulatory examination, audit, or legal proceeding.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, including the acceptable-use provisions in Section 3. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so, except in cases of serious or urgent misuse (e.g. security threats, abuse, or illegal activity).
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users, and continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The version and effective date at the top of this document will reflect the current version, and your acceptance is recorded against that version.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
